Our team is currently hiring a Promotional Enrollment Associate to support customer outreach, brand awareness initiatives, and enrollment campaigns through face-to-face promotional events and retail-based interactions.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and building professional experience in customer engagement, promotions, and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands during in-person promotional campaigns and community events
• Assist customers with enrollment information, account setup, and service options
• Answer general questions regarding current promotions and available programs
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
• Support event setup, campaign coordination, and daily promotional activities
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate enrollment records
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve campaign goals
