Job Description
- Marketing of land development services
- Proposal and presentations preparation
- Site planning and civil engineering design
- Regulatory permitting
- Expert testimony at public hearings
- Staffing coordination
- Project scheduling
- Project financial management
- Client relationship management
- BS in Civil Engineering required.
- 10 -15 years of directly related experience and Professional Engineer licensure in NJ.
- The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage and work as part of multi-disciplined project teams, and a proven track record of maintaining an independent client following and strong client relationships.
- Individual must have a thorough understanding of the land development design, permitting and approval processes in NJ and a demonstrated track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
- Driving is a requirement of the position. A clean driving record is required.
