Responsibilities

• Coordinate energy-efficiency marketing programs, campaigns, and customer communications.
• Manage multiple projects, schedules, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Support campaign execution from planning through creative review, approval, and delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and execution momentum.
• Coordinate vendors and monitor deliverables, schedules, and performance.
• Support project budgets, documentation, and regulatory or compliance alignment.
• Track campaign and program performance and assist with reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and campaign execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant project management, marketing coordination, program management, or communications experience.
• Demonstrated success managing concurrent projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and creative review or approval processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project or work-management tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional or matrixed teams.

Preferred

• Experience supporting energy-efficiency, utility, sustainability, or regulated-industry programs.
• Experience with Wrike or comparable work-management platforms.
• Exposure to digital marketing, web development, or web analytics.
• PMP or Agile credentials or relevant experience.
