Job Summary

Own cross functional intake and scheduling for creative assets and keep production on track across marketing, community, art and external partners.

  • Coordinate the creative asset intake, prioritization and scheduling across disciplines to align with studio and project roadmaps.
  • Drive timelines, approvals and feedback loops for in game and external content to ensure timely delivery for updates, campaigns and launches.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the intake, prioritization, and scheduling of creative asset requests across teams (Marketing, Community, Art, etc).
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations for both in-game and external creative content.
  • Facilitate reviews, approvals, and feedback loops between stakeholders and creative leads.
  • Act as the bridge between creative, production, marketing, publishing, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align creative output with overall studio goals and project roadmaps.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets to support game updates, social campaigns, community events, and product launches.
  • Support and produce the annual Sky Creator Award Show in partnership with the community and creative team
  • Develop and refine creative processes, pipelines, and tools to support a flexible and iterative creative environment.
  • Help maintain documentation, brief templates, style guides, and asset management systems.
  • Drive improvements in creative workflows, removing blockers and increasing visibility for all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years experience in creative operations, project/production management, or related roles—preferably within games, animation, interactive media, or entertainment.
  • Deep understanding of creative workflows across disciplines like concept art, design, narrative, and marketing.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Notion, Jira, Airtable, Trello) and creative software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at multitasking across projects with different timelines.
  • Empathetic communicator who can support and advocate for creative teams while managing expectations across the studio.
  • Passion for emotionally resonant games and thatgamecompany’s mission of creating positive, human-centered experiences.

Preferred

  • Experience working with international teams and remote creative collaborators.
  • Background in asset management or digital content libraries.
  • Familiarity with live service or ongoing game development pipelines.
  • Has video or image editing experience.
