Job Summary

Drive end-to-end adidas field activation operations with senior leadership alignment and multi-million dollar budgets to deliver brand experiences at scale.

  • Project governance: Build plans, timelines, budgets, and execution frameworks for field and experiential initiatives.
  • Operational delivery: Oversee training, launches, events, and community activations with cross-functional teams and production partners.
  • Execution discipline: Maintain clear timelines, ownership, and next steps across internal and external partners.

Job Description

  • Partner closely with Program Leadership to build actionable project plans, timelines, budgets, and execution frameworks for adidas field and experiential initiatives.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the adidas Brand Specialist Program, including retail support, training initiatives, product launches, events, and community activations.
  • Manage project logistics from kickoff through wrap-up, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, staffing needs, approvals, and communication remain aligned.
  • Maintain and communicate clear project timelines, ownership, and next steps across internal teams and external partners.
  • Build and manage multi-million dollar project budgets, reconciling expenses for client presentation, process invoices, and support accurate month-end financial reporting.
  • Help identify operational efficiencies and scalable processes that improve program execution and team effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with production partners to ensure deliverables, timelines, and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Maintain inventory levels at our 3rd party storage facility, arrange delivery of materials in market, manage in-market storage facilities and warehouse receiving compliance.
  • Support field teams and cross-functional stakeholders with problem solving, resource coordination, and executional troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of adidas brand priorities, campaign objectives, and program goals to ensure all work aligns with brand standards and expectations.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, account operations, production, experiential marketing, or agency environments.
  • Natural systems thinker who brings structure to ambiguity without killing momentum.
  • Confident communicator who can partner with senior leaders and challenge assumptions when needed.
  • Calm under pressure, decisive in gray areas, and allergic to unnecessary chaos.
  • Comfortable stepping into active projects to unblock teams and drive delivery.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to proactively identify and solve problems.
  • Experience building and managing multi-million dollar budgets, timelines, and operational workflows.
  • Clear and confident communication skills with experience collaborating across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting retail, field marketing, experiential, or brand activation programs is strongly preferred.
  • Passion for sport, culture, community, and consumer engagement.
  • Familiarity with adidas and an understanding of the brand's role within sport and youth culture is a plus.
