Drive roofing projects from estimating to on-site execution, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Own end-to-end project estimates, bids, and field coordination to hit cost and profitability goals.
Must-have: Knowledge of sales, estimating, project management, and roofing industry.
Standout: Direct collaboration with customers, field superintendents, and leadership to ensure successful project completion.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Must have thorough product knowledge and understanding of specification reading.
Conducts online drawing take-offs (blue prints) as well as field take offs (for reroof projects), creates estimates, write proposals and bids.
Responsible for accuracy and management of projects to attain cost and profitability goals.
Responsible for successful completion of the project, not just for sales.
Works directly with customers and field supers in the execution of the project.
Must have great communication skills.
Represents company at sales functions and public relations opportunities.

Requirements

Knowledge of sales, estimating, and project management principles, project accounting, roofing industry knowledge, and people skills.
Degree is not required, but some college level training is preferred.
Knowledge of office software including Excel, Word, Bluebeam and Adobe Acrobat.
