• Expected Starting Pay Range $53,705.60 - $67,142.40

Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for project management related to a portfolio of Cincinnati Children's existing clinical collaborations. Supporting a team of Relationship Managers and the Senior Director for existing collaborations, this individual will be responsible for maintaining the operating rhythm of the team and working with the Relationship Managers to ensure Cincinnati Children's serves on our clinical relationships with excellence, consistency and transparency. This is a high profile role that will operate at the intersection of Cincinnati Children's leadership and the leadership teams of our most important clinical collaborators, making this individual part of the face of Cincinnati Children's to outside institutions.

• Program Coordination and Education Support - Serves as program coordinator for assigned program. Supports leadership in implementation, coordination, evaluation and planning of program's short/long term goals. Participates fully in strategic planning process and identifies areas of need and focuses on translating portions of annual plan in to well defined projects and programs w/timelines and deliverables. Plans and executes projects in a timely manner.
• Administrative Support - Coordinates and schedules some logistics related to the assigned program i.e. meetings, conferences, conference calls, and other appointments. May take and transcribe meeting minutes and distribute accordingly. Coordinates and maintains area calendars. May set-up and manage call schedule and/or communication with other departments/divisions and external parties.
• Customer Service - Collaborate in an effective and timely manner with internal and external contacts to achieve program goals. Update related communication materials as appropriate, including letters, forms, newsletters, web content and other clinical or marketing materials.
• Communication & Relationship Management - Manage communication to and relationships with key project stakeholders. Compose, edit, and deliver written and verbal communications. Facilitate small group discussions. Keep team members appropriately informed.
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
  

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (preferably within a health system)
• Experience in a client service or customer relationship team
• Project management or coordination experience
