Own omnichannel programmatic execution with client-facing leadership and a tight link to measurement to drive optimizations across campaigns.

Programmatic ownership: plan, execute, optimize, and QA online buys for agency clients with a focus on performance and spend discipline.
Analytics partnership: work with the analytics team to generate measurement, insights, and optimization opportunities for campaigns.
Client/vendor relationships: maintain strong relationships and ensure assets, docs, and campaigns launch on time.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Effectively communicate omnichannel programmatic strategies and rational for tactical approaches for each campaign during planning.
Be a strong support pillar during campaign strategy and presentations.
Execute, manage, and optimize online programmatic media campaigns and programs for agency clients while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations
Cultivate strong client relationships with vendors and clients alike.
Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
Partner with Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation
Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
Refine and manage campaign QA process
QA monthly bill/pay and spend reporting in coordination with Analyst
Lead and assist in directing trading and ad ops team on buys as required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, preferably in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, statistics, economics, sociology, or equivalent
4-5 years of experience of directly related experience in programmatic media
Working knowledge in technologies such as The Trade Desk, PulsePoint, DeepIntent, Lasso, or other equivalent platforms required
Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements
Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills
Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel

Nice to have

Previous leadership/management experience is a plus
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare space preferred
Experience in additional biddable media a strong plus (e.g. paid social, paid search)
