Job Description
CASTING NOW | PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS / RUNNERS
We’re building our team for the K-Culture Roadshow at American Dream Mall in New Jersey.
This project is a special one.
For two days, guests will be invited to step into different parts of Korean culture - through K-Food, music, beauty, traditional dress, traditional music, Korean tourism experiences, and interactive moments throughout the space.
Behind every smooth guest experience is a team that keeps the operation moving.
The right item in the right place.
A quick run before it becomes urgent.
A reset before anyone notices.

These are the small details that make the full event feel effortless.
For this activation, we’re looking for Production Assistants / Runners who are reliable, proactive, and comfortable supporting the team behind the scenes. This is an operational role, not a guest-facing position.
You’ll be supporting areas such as production runs, material movement, stock and supply support, backstage and BOH organization, team support, setup/reset assistance, and general onsite operations throughout the event.

Virtual Onboarding: TBU — 1 hour
Onsite Training: Friday, July 31 — 5 hours, timing TBU
Event Day 1: Saturday, August 1 — 10:00 AM–10:30 PM
Event Day 2: Sunday, August 2 — 10:00 AM–7:30 PM
RATE
$23/hour
TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT
Up to $30/day, receipt-based
