We are seeking a talented and experienced Videographer/Photographer to join our growing creative team. This is an on-site position that requires travel to client locations for shoots. You'll collaborate with another in-house videographer/photographer and work across a wide range of industries—bringing stories to life through stunning visuals and powerful edits.

What You’ll Do:

• Capture photo and video content at client sites—ranging from real estate and restaurants to corporate brands and product shoots
• Edit existing content into short-form videos (reels, 60-second clips, TikToks, etc.)
• Develop, shoot, and produce engaging videos for web and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
• Handle all aspects of post-production including color grading, audio mixing, and sound design
• Manage media assets, organize footage, and maintain an efficient archive system
• Collaborate closely with internal creative teams and clients to bring content visions to life
• Be the go-to expert for all things video and photography
• Edit and deliver up to 16 reels per week

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of video production experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate setting
• Strong portfolio in product and lifestyle photography/videography
• Mastery of video production skills including lighting, camera operation, color grading, and audio
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop) and
• Skilled in both photography and video editing—must be comfortable doing both
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, creative transitions, and pacing
• Strong product photography
• Up-to-date with social media video trends and platform specs
• Drone experience required (certification a plus)
• Must be highly organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple shoots and edits per week
