Job Summary

Own and evolve the sales content library and collateral, tailor late-stage materials, keep competitive intel fresh, develop module positioning, and lead cross-functional enablement for health-system buyers across expansion and executive communications.

  • Manage content library and collateral; ensure accuracy with product and market updates.
  • Create tailored deal materials and messaging for late-stage opportunities.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Client Success, and Clinical to drive strategy and communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the core sales content library, including the sales deck, two-pagers, white papers, and collateral that quantify our impact for buyers and customers. Keep it accurate and current as the product and the market change. Work with Sales to learn which pieces move deals forward and which ones don't.
  • Build tailored content for late-stage opportunities, such as custom one-pagers and slides. Take a rough brief from a sales rep and return a polished deliverable without a heavy process around you. Be able to point to specific content you built that helped advance or close a deal.
  • Maintain competitive intel and battlecards as the market shifts. Keep them current without being asked, so reps never walk into a conversation with outdated information.
  • Develop positioning and messaging by module and buyer. Build module deep-dive materials and lead go-to-market for module launches, including palliative care and deterioration.
  • Partner with Client Success on expansion messaging, executive steering committee and QBR materials, and release communications for existing customers. Help customers see the value they are already getting and what more is possible.
  • Write for the full health system buying committee, including CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs, and quality leaders. Translate clinical outcomes and technical capabilities into language that resonates with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders. Make a business case land with a C-suite, not just a product pitch.
  • Join deal calls and QBRs. Pull roadmap details from Product proactively, and work with Clinical to keep every claim credible. Surface what is working in the field and feed market and competitive insight back into the business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in healthcare technology, with direct experience marketing to health system executive buyers
  • A bachelor's degree
  • A record of building positioning, messaging, enablement, and launch programs that sales teams actually use
  • A track record of deal-specific content tied to advanced or closed opportunities
  • Experience writing for CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs, and quality leaders, and supporting long, multi-stakeholder deals into health systems
  • Working knowledge of how enterprise health system deals move, including committee-based buying, clinical validation, IT and security review, and budget cycles
  • Exceptional writing that is clear, credible, and evidence-based, with first drafts that need little rework
  • Self-direction in a fast-moving startup, including the instinct to spot what is missing and build it without being asked
  • Strong partnership habits with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Clinical teams

Preferred

  • Product or customer marketing experience with an installed base, including expansion or upsell campaigns
  • Familiarity with clinical AI, clinical decision support, or quality and safety improvement
  • Experience informally mentoring a more junior marketer

Bayesian Health offers an adaptive AI/ML platform that forecasts declining trajectories within a hospital/health system’s patient population. The research-backed platform is designed to empower providers with the ability to identify and intervene with next-best actions in a timely way. This is accomplished by sending accurate and actionable clinical signals for a wide range of critical condition areas within the EMR and existing workflows. As a result, physicians and care team members are able to catch life-threatening complications much earlier, leading to better patient outcomes and reductions in healthcare costs. This pioneering approach is referred to as Intelligent Care Augmentation. Why the name “Bayesian”? Optimal decision making relies on being good at pulling together lots of relevant data, knowing what to trust, integrating these data to create forecasts, and updating forecasts as new data arrive. That’s a Bayesian way of reasoning. Bayesian Health leverages best in class AI/ML techniques to enable this for care teams because decisions around our health deserve the best data and inferences.
