Responsibilities

• In this position, you'll be responsible for generating new sales through direct marketing campaigns.
• You’ll focus on engaging customers face-to-face to increase brand visibility and support our clients' sales and promotional initiatives.
• Assist in face-to-face promoting our clients' products and services
• Provide excellent customer service and customer retention
• Represent our client's brand through face-to-face marketing campaigns
• Interact with new or past consumers and provide quality customer service
• Generate leads and drive SALES directly

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles (restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service) preferred
• Goal-oriented with a student mentality
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly
