Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the core Gemini Enterprise narrative across every surface and every buyer: the claims, the framing, the competitive boundaries, the naming, and hold message discipline across the organization.
  • Set the public point of view: executive keynotes and summit scripts, flagship-moment storytelling, bylines and essays, and the competitive arguments we make.
  • Build the machine-readable source of truth for messaging, so twenty people and a fleet of agents sound like one and most launch collateral is generated from it rather than hand-built.
  • Represent Gemini Enterprise in the cross-Cloud and cross-Google forums where the plan gets set, and bring back what changes as a result.
  • Run analyst relations for Gemini Enterprise personally and move the position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience developing enterprise product positioning, messaging frameworks, and narrative strategy for cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or AI products.

Preferred

  • Experience defining or reframing a product category, with evidence that the market picked up the frame.
  • Experience writing for executive delivery: keynotes, board-level briefings, published bylines.
  • Experience building structured content systems — taxonomy, metadata, messaging that software can query.
  • Experience building an agent or an AI workflow.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders across organizations without authority, and to hold a position under pressure.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance
  • Retirement Benefits: 401(k) with company match
  • Paid Time Off: 20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment
  • Sick Time: 40 hours/year (increased to 69 hours/year for Seattle) including 5 discretionary sick days per instance
  • Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
  • Holidays: 13 paid days per year
