Job Description

  • Create sales enablement assets including product one-pagers, technical briefs, customer case studies, demo scripts, and ROI frameworks
  • Develop and refine customer evidence programs—capture and amplify customer success stories that demonstrate Thread's impact on real workflows

  • Ability to quickly internalize complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, differentiated positioning for multiple buyer personas
  • Experience building sales enablement programs and collateral that demonstrably impact pipeline and win rates
  • Strong cross-functional instincts—you know how to work with product, engineering, and sales without needing everything defined for you
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates crisp messaging and storytelling

  • Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or national or U.S. lawful, permanent resident.
  • This is a full-time, in-person position based at our New York City office.
