Responsibilities

• Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) across funnels, landing pages, and user journeys.
• Lead end-to-end testing: ideation, build, launch, analysis, and iteration.
• Write and optimize high-performing scripts and messaging, landing pages.
• Design and build flows for marketing, sales (including automations).
• Collaborate with tech, creative teams to turn ideas into scalable live systems.
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and prioritize high-impact improvements.
• Document learnings and build repeatable CRO + creative frameworks.
