Role: Product Growth Intern

Role Description

You will support the Growth & Strategy team in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives. This role combines analytical thinking, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize product performance and scale growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral funnels
• Analyze user behavior and product metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or internal dashboards
• Support A/B testing initiatives and document experiment results with actionable insights
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to improve user experience and conversion rates
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Help build and optimize user journeys, onboarding flows, and engagement campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree Required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with basic knowledge of product/growth metrics
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to SQL or analytics tools is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and contribute to growth initiatives
