Job Description

Responsibilities

  • 1. GTM Strategy, Program Innovation & Design
  • - Own and deliver the GTM strategy for Microsoft Power Platform across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages, including program design, launch, and ongoing iteration to maximize revenue growth, seat and consumption expansion, and competitive market share.
  • - Identify and drive new program innovation in partnership with Programs, Segment, Worldwide, and Operating Unit teams to accelerate adoption of Power Platform and related Business Applications solutions.
  • - Build and refine scalable sales motions, repeatable win formulas, and competitive plays to accelerate low-code transformation wins and long-term growth across the Americas.
  • - Track program efficacy, analyze performance against KPIs, and provide actionable insights to inform ongoing strategy, field execution, and pipeline acceleration across Power Platform motions.
  • 2. Sales Impact, Field Enablement & Advocacy
  • - Ready the field to land Power Platform narratives, drive measurable impact for sales teams, and ensure execution readiness across the Americas for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and competitive displacement motions.
  • - Lead enablement initiatives including field readiness, community calls, compete training, strategic field engagement, and cross-team orchestration to increase seller capability and consistency.
  • - Act as the primary sponsor and evangelist for Power Platform strategy and competitive positioning, leveraging customer insights, industry trends, and field feedback to develop differentiated messaging and sales plays.
  • - Develop localized competitive strategies and position Microsoft's low-code application platform value proposition effectively across internal and external audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.

Preferred

  • Experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving sales enablement at scale.
  • Familiarity with low-code platforms, business process automation, RPA, or business intelligence (e.g., Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
  • Strong business analysis skills (financials, sales processes, KPIs).
  • Excellent storytelling skills and ability to translate complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills across matrix organizations.
  • Cross-group collaboration, executive communication, storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas for various audiences.
  • Efficient Business Analysis Skills (understands financials, sales processes, scorecards and key performance indicators).
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling new products, ideally in cloud, SaaS, low-code, or business applications soluti
  • • Expertise in GTM planning, program design, and execution within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • • Strong project/program management skills; entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset.
