Job Summary

Own end-to-end experiential activations with budget-aware feasibility, turning concepts into client-ready pitches and measurable events.

  • End-to-End Activation Ownership: concept, budget, pitches, and production for activations across varying budgets.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: serve as the conduit between experiential/production partners, clients, and internal teams to align on timing and deliverables.
  • Execution Discipline: build timelines and schedules, supervise site visits, installs, and issue resolution with a calm, solution-oriented approach.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Be able to work both independently and within a team to concept, budget, pitch, and produce successful activations, all with varying budgets.
  • Strong storytelling/presentation skills and ability to create client-facing decks (write ups and finding corresponding visuals).
  • Understand feasibility when fleshing out projects/budgets and builds client’s trust in their strategy and recommendations.
  • Create project timelines, production schedules, and overall event documentation.
  • Seek advice and support from appropriate team members when issues arise, maintaining a calm and levelheaded approach
  • Coordinate and lead communication as the conduit between experiential/production partners, clients and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and alignment between all parties.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to be solution-oriented are key; as well as being able to pivot with rationale and clear communication on next steps.
  • Pro-active in finding new vendors or opportunities to expand service offerings; eager to learn and continue to evolve with this industry.
  • Background in technology and production, including vendor relations and ability to speak general terminology is desired.
  • Ability to physically attend client/lead agency meetings, oversee builds at production shops, install/strike, site visits, and activations all with client’s best interest top of mind.
