Agency Noir is seeking a Producer to grow our video delivery practice in Seattle, WA. The Producer will own video execution from pre-production through post-production and delivery. Applicants should have experience in executing corporate and brand videos for enterprise tech clients, including product launch videos, executive interviews, and event content.

The Role

You will own video execution from pre-production through post-production and delivery, frequently balancing multiple video projects, of varying levels of complexity, at once. You will live in the budget sheet and the brief, and work closely with both our delivery and creative teams. Your primary focus will be on schedules, logistics, vendor coordination, and budget tracking: the thousand details involved in making a shoot happen and delivering it on time. It will also be essential to become fluent in the story we are trying to tell, and to never lose sight of the established objectives of the project. You know your way around a shoot, know when you’re needed on set, and when you’re not. 

What You'll Do

• Manage budgets across many videos at once—some scrappy, some substantial—and know how to make each dollar work at any project scale. 
• Run pre-production: schedules, call sheets, logistics, talent and location coordination, permitting. Track actuals against each production budget. 
• Manage crews and post partners day-to-day: writers, editors, animators, colorists, composers, etc. 
• Run post-production: cuts, reviews, versioning, delivery specs, final delivery
• Keep leadership continuously informed on production status, burn, and risk: no surprises.
• Prioritize projects for yourself and the team you are managing.
• Support shoot days on set when the production calls for it. 

What You've Done

• 3-5 years in video production, at a production coordinator or producer level, with experience spanning pre-production and delivery. 
• Master communicator, detailed-focused, organized, level-headed. 
• Agency experience required, preferably at an independent shop. You've produced inside an agency environment, and have worn all the hats that go with it. You know how to build and operate a nimble production machine. 
• Experience working with enterprise tech clients required. You know the rhythm of corporate video for large tech organizations: high volume, demanding timelines, complex stakeholder reviews, security and legal requirements, accessibility and localization specs. 
• Managed budgets across multiple projects running simultaneously. You can stretch a scrappy budget and responsibly run a larger one. 
• Managed post pipelines and vendor relationships; animation workflow experience is a plus. 
• Negotiated and helped maintain the bottom line while ensuring crew happiness. 
• Supported real shoots: you know what a call sheet, a COI, and a tech scout are because you've done it.
