Job Description
Food Truck Campaigns is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Print Production & Fabrication Specialist to join our growing team in Hawthorne, CA.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This role combines large format print production, finishing, fabrication, signage, light graphic design, CNC/router work, and 3D printing.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building, creating, problem solving, and working on unique projects ranging from vehicle wraps and branded activations to dimensional signage and custom fabrication.
Responsibilities
• Operate large format printers and manage daily print production
• Laminate, trim, weed, package, and prep graphics for installation
• Assist with vehicle wrap production and installation prep
• Design and prepare print-ready artwork and production files
• Operate CNC router for signage and fabrication projects
• Operate and maintain 3D printers
• Assist with fabrication and assembly of signs, displays, and activation elements
• Perform quality control checks on all printed and fabricated items
• Maintain clean and organized production areas
• Monitor material inventory and notify management of low stock
• Troubleshoot print or production issues as needed
• Work collaboratively with production, installation, and management teams
Preferred Experience
• Large format print production experience
• Experience with laminators, plotters, and finishing equipment
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with Flexi Production Manager, Onyx, or similar RIP software
• CNC router experience preferred
• 3D printing experience preferred
• Sign fabrication or signage production experience preferred
• Vehicle wrap familiarity is a plus
• Ability to lift materials and work in a production/shop environment
