Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM/CX portfolio planning across strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities
  • Manage the work intake and prioritization process, ensuring new requests are evaluated, sequenced, and resourced effectively
  • Partner with GTM and CX leaders to define priorities, allocate resources, and forecast capacity
  • Drive portfolio governance and provide clear visibility to executives on progress, trade-offs, and risks
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and materials to support portfolio reviews and strategy discussions
  • Drive adoption of internal GTM/CX change management processes
  • Partner with business leaders, field operations, and enablement to ensure consistent use of new processes and tools
  • Monitor adoption, identify friction points, and implement improvements to increase compliance and effectiveness
  • Embed accountability and feedback loops to ensure processes deliver measurable business impact
  • Orchestrate key executive forums, including GTM/CX QBRs, All-Hands, and leadership alignment sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 12+ years of program management experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with a top-tier strategy, operations, or technology consulting firm.
  • Experience in at least one defined GTM/CX domain (e.g., sales, CPQ, customer success).
  • Proven track record of structuring ambiguous problems and driving executive alignment.
  • Background in technology transformation, operating model change, or system implementations.

Preferred

  • MBA from a top-tier university.
