Lead and mentor a creative team to craft data-driven, high-excellence digital campaigns across paid social, display, email, web, and SEM while shaping strategy with strategists and clients.

Influence marketing strategy and customer experience through evidence-based decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Partner with Creative Directors and Project Managers to define intent, brief teams, and deliver marketing that cuts through the noise.
Design creative for a range of digital channels, including paid social, display, email, web and SEM, with a keen attention to detail and high bar for creative excellence.
Be a creative leader amongst your team of Art Directors and Copywriters (including a mix of full-time associates, contractors, and agencies).
Collaborate with marketing strategists and internal business clients to positively influence marketing strategy and the customer experience.
Use evidence and data to ground your creative decisions.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of advertising and marketing trends and translate business intent into creative strategies and executions that market products effectively.
Present and influence with a convincing and inspiring style to increase buy-in and open the door for new opportunities - both for your team and department.
Mentor and build expertise in your craft with your peers and team members.
Manage multiple projects, deadlines and workstreams autonomously at the same time

Requirements

Candidates must provide a portfolio of their creative work for consideration
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience as an Art Director
At least 2 years of experience leading creative teams or projects in an agency or in house brand environment

Preferred

4+ years of experience in art direction
1+ year of copywriting experience
Experience in digital design software (such as Figma, Adobe XD)
Experience in storyboarding, motion graphics or video production
Experience with premarket and in market testing tools (such as Usertesting.com or Zappi)
Experiencing leveraging GAI solutions for creative development, scale and optimization
