Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Implement, organize, and execute marketing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and deadlines.
  • Occasionally help with event related logistics
  • Develop and manage project scope documents by collaborating with stakeholders to define goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Coordinate the production of sales materials, both digital and print, ensuring consistency with brand standards and effective collaboration with the traffic coordinator, print shop, design specialists, and branding team.
  • Plan and facilitate team meetings to drive project momentum, clarify responsibilities, and resolve roadblocks.
  • Coordinate advertising initiatives across departments, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and meet strategic objectives.
  • Maintain and monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing potential issues to avoid delays.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between the Marketing and Sales teams, as well as other internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment and shared understanding throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Track and report on project progress, providing updates to leadership and recommending adjustments as needed to stay on course.
Requirements
  • Project management – Ability to plan, organize, and manage marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Meeting coordination – Skilled in organizing and leading team meetings to keep projects on track.
  • Team collaboration – Experience working with multiple departments, including Marketing, Sales, Design, and Print.
  • Marketing material production – Able to coordinate the creation of both digital and print sales materials.
  • Advertising support – Help plan and track advertising campaigns across teams.
  • Tracking and reporting – Monitor project progress and share updates with leadership.
  • Time and budget management – Keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Tech skills – Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., Teamwork), and communication platforms.
  • Brand awareness – Understand and apply brand guidelines to all materials.
  • Document creation – Write and edit professional materials and reports.
Preferred
  • CRM/Marketing tools (preferred) – Familiarity with platforms like ACTIVE Campaign or Salesforce is a plus.
