Role Description

This is a volunteer, remote role for a President of Program Operations. The individual in this role will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of operational activities within the organization. Responsibilities include managing program budgets, analyzing operational data, fostering team collaboration, and implementing efficient systems to enhance overall program effectiveness. The President of Program Operations will work closely with leadership to align operations with organizational goals and evolve best practices.

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess workflows and improve efficiency
• Experience in Finance and Budgeting with the ability to manage resources effectively
• Exceptional Team Building and leadership skills to guide and develop diverse teams
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in non-profit or volunteer organizations is a plus
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
