Job Summary
You will own member recruitment and front-desk outreach, driving pre-opening signups and representing Crunch Fitness at community events. Your workstreams include lead generation, tours for prospective members, and in-field promotions, supported by English fluency, basic reading/writing, and computer skills.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile
- Introduce the Crunch Fitness brand to the community in the months leading up to the gym’s grand opening
- Identify potential leads and sign up new members both in the pre-opening membership office and in the field through guerilla marketing tactics
- Represent Crunch Fitness at various community events; participate in “street team” activities (i.e. field promotions, direct lead engagement special events)
- Ensure our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the office and off-site locations
- Set the positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective members
- Participate in daily pre-opening activity planning
- Tours potential members around the club with the goal of signing up the person for a membership
- Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner

Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Proficient reading and writing skills
