Job Summary

Lead and orchestrate integrated PR and video storytelling for client campaigns, driving strategy, media outreach, and production across Indiana, with cross-functional leadership and executive media prep.

  • 5–7+ years in PR/media or related roles with proven video storytelling capabilities.

  • Develop and execute public relations strategies that align with client visibility, reputation, and audience engagement goals
  • Identify and pitch compelling story angles to media outlets, influencers, and community partners
  • Draft media materials including press releases, media advisories, talking points, and messaging frameworks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, film, or related field
  • 5–7+ years of experience in public relations, media production, content strategy, broadcast journalism, or related communications roles
  • Professional experience with videography, video editing, and visual storytelling
  • Strong understanding of earned media strategy and PR campaign development
  • Proficiency with professional video production tools such as: Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Final Cut Pro
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop
  • Experience producing short-form video content optimized for social media platforms
  • Ability to plan, shoot, and edit video independently or with creative partners
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple clients, campaigns, and deliverables simultaneously

Preferred

  • Background in broadcast journalism, television production, or on-air storytelling is strongly preferred but not required
  • Experience with AI tools for content ideation, transcription, editing, and workflow efficiency
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites across Indiana as needed
