Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on health insurance lead generation
• Generate high-quality inbound leads while maintaining target CPL
• Continuously test and improve creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Analyze performance data and make fast, data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and ROI

Requirements

• Proven experience running Meta Ads for lead generation (REQUIRED)
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
• Experience optimizing for CPL, CPA, and ROAS
• Experience with tracking (pixels, conversions API, GTM)
• Analytical, adaptable, and performance-driven
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

Preferred

• Health insurance / U65 experience STRONGLY preferred
