Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote politcal candidates
• Engage with potential voters or supporters through friendly and informative conversations
• Collect feedback and gather contact information for follow-up
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes
• Represent the organization professionally at all times, adhering to company policies and community standards
• Assist in organizing community events or outreach campaigns as needed

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
• Background in door to door canvassing
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Negotiation skills to handle objections and close conversations positively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in outdoor environments
• Knowledge of canvassing techniques and customer service principles is beneficial

Preferred

• Proven experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus
