Responsibilities

• Use mobile devices to record interactions, update voter information, and track outreach progress accurately
• Participate in outdoor work environments, walking extensively to maximize outreach efforts
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while representing the campaign’s values and goals at all times

Experience

• Supervising experience or leadership roles in community outreach or field sales are highly valued
• Prior experience in marketing, telemarketing, or door-to-door sales enhances your ability to connect persuasively with diverse audiences
• Field sales experience and outdoor work background demonstrate resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Bilingual skills are a strong asset for engaging with multilingual communities effectively
• Proven customer service skills help foster trust and positive relationships during face-to-face interactions
