• Promote campaign messages through outdoor work, walking extensively across assigned areas to maximize outreach.
• Participate in community engagement activities, fostering positive relationships with diverse groups.
• Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with non-English speaking residents and expand outreach reach.

Skills

• Proven supervising experience or leadership abilities to coordinate team efforts during canvassing campaigns.
• Strong background in marketing, sales, or field sales experience to effectively promote messages and persuade audiences.
• Experience with canvassing, door-to-door outreach, or telemarketing to engage voters directly.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with outdoor work experience for positive interactions in varied environments.
• Demonstrated ability in community engagement, conversational engagement, and face-to-face communication techniques.
• Familiarity with mobile devices for data collection and campaign management tools; comfortable walking long distances as part of outdoor work.
