Job Summary

Own campaign setup and the end-to-end advertising cadence for PlugShare ads, coordinating pre-sale research, launch, optimization, and client education in a consultative partner role.

  • Lead campaign setup and cross-functional launch coordination to ensure confident execution and KPI alignment.
  • Educate clients and agencies on best practices to maximize PlugShare tool use and ad performance.
  • Translate campaign results into data driven insights and actionable education that strengthen strategy and trust.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle advertising efforts, including pre-sale research, prospecting support, and development of client-facing materials.
  • Partner with sales leadership to build and present strategic media recommendations aligned to client objectives.
  • Educate clients and agencies on best practices to leverage PlugShare solutions, ensuring they feel supported and confident throughout every stage of the partnership.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as a consultative advisor, reinforcing PlugShare’s commitment to partnership by anticipating client needs and thoughtfully guiding them toward best practice use of our tools and ad offerings.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and present strategic and performance driven campaign recommendations grounded in clear KPIs and precise targeting.
  • Lead seamless campaign setup and launch coordination across internal and external teams to ensure confident execution.
  • Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance, proactively identifying opportunities to improve results.
  • Facilitate client reports to execute midflight optimizations in close collaboration with clients, agencies, Ad Ops, and cross functional teams to ensure campaigns stay aligned with goals while maximizing revenue.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver data driven insights, narrative storytelling, and post-campaign reporting that clarifies the “why” behind outcomes.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Preferred

  • Strong understanding of digital media channels, targeting, and performance measurement
  • Experience with Excel more advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, data cleanup) to support performance analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, including building clear, client ready presentations to bring life to campaign results with data visualizations, insights, outcomes, and learnings ready presentations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience supporting pre-sale research, campaign setup, performance monitoring, or post campaign reporting
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, measurement tools, or campaign management workflows
  • Passion for sustainability, electric mobility, and/or environmental causes
  • High proficiency with data interpretation, reporting, and insight development
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager, Amplitude, Braze
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally both internally + externally with Sales, Ad Ops, Vendors, Business Development, and Data teams
