Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience with PLM platforms and product data management
- Knowledge of system integration (APIs, middleware, cloud architecture)
- Understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes
- Expertise in enterprise architecture and solution design
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Design end-to-end PLM architecture aligned with Cisco’s business and engineering needs
- Work with stakeholders (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, IT) to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Implement and integrate PLM systems (e.g., Agile PLM, Teamcenter, Windchill) with enterprise tools like ERP, CRM, and CAD systems
- Define data models, workflows, and governance for product data management
- Lead solution design reviews, architecture decisions, and technical roadmaps
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with security standards
- Support digital transformation initiatives related to product lifecycle and supply chaint.
