Responsibilities

• High-End & Lo-Fi Production: Lead full-scale DSLR photo and video shoots on location (hotels, retreats, F&B), while also being ready to whip out an iPhone to capture fast, trend-responsive TikToks and Reels on the fly.
• Pre-Production & Concepting: Build mood boards, shot lists, and detailed call sheets in tandem with our strategy and ops leads to ensure seamless logistics.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit your own work to a hyper-polished, platform-ready standard using Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and CapCut.
• Global Travel: Pack your bags and hop on a plane—you'll be traveling to client destinations across the US and internationally.
• Client & Team Leadership: Present directly to clients, mentor junior creators, and use performance data to refine future shoots.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years creating social-first, visual content for brands (agency or in-house).
• Approved: If you are a Marriott or Hyatt approved photographer - all the better!
• The Vertical: A proven portfolio specifically highlighting hotel, resort, lifestyle, and food/beverage content creation.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced skill with DSLRs, iPhones, gimbals, pro lighting, and audio gear, plus deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Lightroom) & CapCut.
• Platform Fluency: You live and breathe social trends; you know what works on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and why it works.
• Vibe & Mindset: Confident, assertive, highly organized, and sociable. You thrive under pressure on live shoots and love being part of a team that raises the bar.
