Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots for Blossom Marketing clients
• Capture high-quality photography, short-form video, interviews, product content, lifestyle content, events, and behind-the-scenes footage
• Edit photography and video content for social media, websites, advertising, and other marketing channels
• Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms
• Manage and create long-form video content
• Collaborate with our strategy and social media teams to develop creative concepts and shot lists
• Help clients feel comfortable and confident on camera
• Organize, manage, and maintain photo and video files
• Maintain and manage company production equipment
• Travel to client locations and events as needed in the DMV

Requirements

• Professional photography and videography experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both photo and video work
• Experience creating content specifically for social media
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, audio, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency with professional photo and video editing software
• Ability to take a project from concept through final edited deliverables
• Comfortable working independently on location as well as collaboratively with a team
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients, shoots, and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence when working directly with clients

• Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools
• CapCut and social-first video editing
