Pay: $18.65/hr (PCA) | $20.50/hr (HHA)
Job Description
We are currently hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide quality in-home care to clients in the community. This is a great opportunity for both experienced caregivers and entry-level candidates looking to start a career in healthcare.
No certification? We offer FREE PCA/HHA training so you can get certified and start working quickly.

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor client health and report changes to RN supervisor
- Maintain accurate daily care documentation
- Ensure client safety and proper use of medical equipment
- Build positive relationships with clients and families
- Follow all agency policies and HIPAA compliance standards
- Must be reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
- No experience required – we will train you!
- PCA or HHA certification (preferred but not required)
- Day shifts
