Personal Assistant – YouTube Creator (Los Angeles)

Overview

A fast-growing YouTube creator based in Los Angeles is seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support day-to-day operations, scheduling, and content-related logistics.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is comfortable managing both personal and professional tasks while maintaining a high level of discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedule, calendar, and appointments
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and content-related bookings
• Assist with email management and general correspondence
• Support content production logistics (scheduling shoots, organizing locations, coordinating talent if needed)
• Run personal and business-related errands as required
• Assist with travel planning, bookings, and itineraries
• Organize files, notes, and internal documents
• Communicate with team members, collaborators, and external partners
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creator-driven environment
• Based in or willing to work in Los Angeles
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)

• Experience working with content creators, influencers, or media teams
• Familiarity with YouTube, social media platforms, or content production workflows
• Basic understanding of filming, editing, or production processes|

Compensation

• $65,000 – $75,000 per year, based on experience
