Job Description

Responsibilities

Design static ads and edit short form video (15 seconds to 2 minutes) for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest
Turn creative briefs and performance data into visuals that convert
Build new variants fast and support ongoing creative testing across premium client accounts
Stay in the strategic conversation around what is working and why
Keep Figma files clean and organised so the whole team can move fast

Requirements

2+ years in paid social creative for ecommerce or DTC brands
Portfolio showing work built to convert, not just to look good
Figma proficiency required
Video editing in CapCut, After Effects or similar
Knows ad specs across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest

Preferred

Agency experience across multiple brands at once
Motion or Foreplay experience
Motion graphics or animation skills
