Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging acquisition channels
- Manage budgets and optimize for scale + efficiency
- Develop structured creative testing roadmaps
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, MER, CVR, and AOV
- Identify opportunities to unlock incremental growth
- Oversee performance of email/SMS marketing
- Partner with internal email team and consultants
- Align acquisition messaging with retention strategy
Requirements
- 4â7+ years of performance marketing experience in a CPG company preferably beauty or fashion
- Strong hands-on Meta + Google Ads experience
- Experience managing Amazon PPC
- Experience with retail media platforms preferred
- Proven track record scaling DTC brands
- Highly analytical with strong commercial judgment
- Comfortable managing six-figure monthly ad budgets
- Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle experience is a plus
