We're growing fast. And we need a Meta, TikTok & Google Ads expert who's ready to roll up their sleeves and lead the charge.

This is NOT a role for an order-taker.

What you'll own:

→ Paid performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google → Daily management of ad creatives and spend — hands-on, every day → Google Performance Max and SEM campaigns optimized for ROAS → SEO to maintain and grow our organic rankings → Google Analytics, multi-channel reporting, and clear action plans → Conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and user feedback loops

You're the one if:

→ You know Meta inside and out — every trick, every workaround. You can find our zealots fast without waiting for the learning phase to end → You know how to circumvent Advantage+ / Andromeda so we stay in control of our creative and messaging — not the algorithm → You get results on a lean budget. Big spend is not your crutch → You're a hands-on executor who loves data and analytics → You'll work closely with our Creative Director — we have a great brand and we know exactly what we're doing with our messaging → You love cats. Cat owner strongly preferred. This is a mission, not just a job.
