Responsibilities

• Own the full-funnel paid media strategy and daily management across Google, Bing, Meta, Linkedin, and other self-serve ad platforms
• Execute a strategic vision for how we drive full funnel engagement, lead generation pipeline (MQLs), and bottomline revenue and pipeline through our paid channels
• Lead digital campaigns and projects, from creative brief ideation through launch, remarketing, and reporting
• Integrate AI into processes to streamline and automate reporting, deployment, and campaign processes
• Optimize landing page and conversion rates in partnerships with web and lifecycle teams
• Report on campaign performance to drive improvement against metrics goals including CAC, ROAS, CPL, pipeline contribution and channel efficiency
• Build, enrich, and organize audience and targeting strategy, including lookalike/matched audiences, retargeting, and account-based targeting (ABM) for priority segments
• Contribute expertise on marketing operations related to paid media - offline conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, and conversion APIs
• Align paid media with SEO/AEO/GEO strategy and ensure the channels work in tandem to drive leads, meetings, pipeline, and revenue

Requirements

• 6+ years of digital marketing experience; prefer experience in SaaS
• Demonstrated success in building, running, and scaling PPC campaigns at all stages of the funnel, across platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Reddit)
• Mastery of platform setup and reporting in relation to offline conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, and conversion APIs
• Analytics-first mindset with an interest in experimentation and data synthesis to drive digital growth
• Expert in multi-channel conversion funnels and knowledgeable of remarketing best practices

Preferred

• Healthcare experience or knowledge not required but highly desirable
