Responsibilities

• Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
• Manage and improve paid marketing campaigns, primarily through:
• - Meta / Facebook / Instagram Ads
• - Google Ads where appropriate
• - Retargeting
• - Lead-generation campaigns
• - Ecommerce campaigns
• You should be comfortable reviewing campaign performance, identifying what is working, stopping what is not, and determining what should be tested next.
• Conversion & Marketing Strategy
• Evaluate ad creative, hooks and messaging, offers, audiences, landing pages, lead forms, calls to action, customer objections, social proof, follow-up; think about why customers care, why they click, why they choose Phoenix, what might prevent them from buying, what to test to improve conversion.

Requirements

• Have hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Have managed real advertising budgets
• Understand lead generation
• Understand ecommerce
• Understand conversion optimization
• Understand email marketing
• Can analyze campaign performance
• Understand what makes marketing creative convert
• Can explain why a campaign is working or failing
• Are proactive and comfortable working independently

Preferred

• Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus, but experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is also valuable.
