Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management of Google acquisition campaigns
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and optimization workflows
  • Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance to maximize efficiency and scale
  • Analyze performance data and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend
  • Launch and manage testing initiatives across targeting, creative, bidding, and campaign structures
  • Partner closely with Growth, Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to improve acquisition performance
  • Develop reporting frameworks and performance insights that inform growth strategy
  • Identify new opportunities within Google's advertising ecosystem to drive incremental growth
  • Build scalable processes for campaign management, optimization, and performance tracking
  • Own channel-level performance and accountability for acquisition outcomes
