Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously refine our creative strategy for Meta and TikTok ads, including: identifying winning angles and messaging; developing strong hooks; building creative testing frameworks; researching competitor ads and market trends
  • Generate new ad concepts every week, including: hooks; storytelling angles; creative formats; testing hypotheses
  • Write high-converting UGC-style ad scripts designed for paid social. This includes: hook writing; storytelling structure; messaging optimized for performance ads
  • Identify and collaborate with content creators to produce engaging ad creatives
  • Prepare weekly creative briefs for editors and creators and oversee the creative process from concept to launch
  • Analyze ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and engagement, and use insights to improve future creatives
  • Repurpose existing videos and photos into new ad variations and creative concepts

Requirements

  • Proven experience working on Meta or TikTok ad creatives
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven creative
  • Ability to generate multiple ad concepts each week
  • Experience analyzing ad performance metrics
  • Experience writing UGC-style ad scripts
  • Strong written and spoken English
