Job Description
The UCLA Comprehensive Health Program (CHP) is a program developed with, and supported by the Dean of the School of Medicine. This program caters to a high profile clientele, businesses, corporations and their executives, and donors to the University of California. This program is designed to provide the highest level of service to each patient.
In this role, you will work directly with clients, their administrative assistants, CHP physicians and staff to coordinate and optimize patient evaluation experience. This will include direct patient contact as a liaison and escort for these health-related services. You will also assist with sales and client services and will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new potential clients for CHP, presenting features & benefits of CHP to prospective clients. You will assess client satisfaction with the CHP program and oversee marketing efforts within CHP, ensuring optimal integration of CHP within the Medical Enterprise. You work closely with all other CHP staff and back up positions, such as reception as needed.
Salary Range: $35.47- $48.82

- Ability to represent UCLA in a positive, professional manner and to follow the practice guidelines in maintaining CHP's presence and reputation within the Medical Enterprise.
- Ability to organize work flow and set priorities under competing demands to ensure that the objectives are met in a timely manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and to deal with sensitive situations in a tactful and discreet manner.
- Ability to work under deadlines with heavy workload and changing priorities.
- Skill in editing materials for proper spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with faculty, staff, patients, and patients' families.
- Ability to speak on a one-on-one basis using appropriate vocabulary and grammar to obtain information or to persuade others to accept or adopt a specific opinion, action, etc.
- Skill in writing concise, logical and grammatically correct correspondence and reports.
- Skill in organizing material, people and information in systematic way to optimize efficiency.
