Job Summary:

The Corporate Partnerships department is a key revenue driver for the Sports & Entertainment organization. The Partnership Activation team is responsible for servicing, activating, and retaining sponsorship partners by delivering best-in-class marketing platforms that help brands achieve their objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The Partnership Activation Fulfillment Specialist will support the Corporate Partnerships Activation team in the execution and fulfillment of sponsorship assets, game day activations, partner events, and operational responsibilities. This role will primarily support game day execution while assisting with planning and coordination of partner activations and events on non-game days.

Key Responsibilities:

Game Day Responsibilities

  • Assist Activation Managers with the execution of partnership assets and contractual obligations.

  • Coordinate and execute game day activations, including setup, troubleshooting, and operational support.

  • Support partner hospitality and entertainment activities.

  • Assist with problem solving and activation adjustments during events to ensure seamless partner experiences.

Partner Activation & Event Support

  • Support planning and execution of partner activations including clinics, tournaments, sweepstakes, player appearances, and promotional events.

  • Assist with logistics and coordination for corporate partner events and experiences occurring outside of game days.

  • Provide on-site support at partner events, including potential local travel within Metro Detroit.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Assist with Proof of Performance reporting through the collection and organization of activation photos and videos.

  • Maintain activation documentation and reporting materials.

  • Provide support in preparing presentations, recaps, and activation summaries.

Tools & Systems

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support reporting, tracking, and partner presentations.

  • Assist with design tools and photography assets used in activation reporting and documentation.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Customer-service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Working knowledge of design tools, photography, or content management systems is preferred.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Availability to work approximately 35 hours per week.

  • Ability to work nontraditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays aligned with event schedules.

  • Willingness to travel within Metro Detroit as needed.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with activation setup.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with reporting platforms or CRM systems.

Working Conditions:

  • Office Environment.

  • Irregular and extended hours include nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Exposure to moderate - high noise level.

  • Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.

  • Frequent visual/auditory attention.
