Job Description

Responsibilities

Edit high-quality video content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid media — short-form, long-form, and everything in between.
Bring original content ideas to the team: series concepts, YouTube formats, trending social formats, athlete storytelling angles.
Leverage AI editing tools (CapCut, Descript, Runway, Adobe AI features, etc.) to accelerate workflow and turnaround.
Develop platform-native edits that feel native — not repurposed, not resized, actually built for the feed.
Support shoots, events, and athlete activations on-site when needed, capturing content and ensuring best-in-class product usage in real environments.
Help build templates and guidelines that scale content quality across markets and partners.
Manage footage organization, selects, and content libraries, so nothing gets lost in the chaos.

Requirements

2–4 years of video editing experience, ideally in a brand, agency, or creator context. Open to fresh grads or self-learners!
Fluent in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve — and actively using AI tools to speed up your process.
A strong creative point of view — you don't just execute briefs, you improve them.
Proven understanding of what works on social: pacing, hooks, platform behaviour, formats.
Experience with action sports, outdoor, or adventure content is a strong plus.
Comfortable in the field — shooting, problem-solving, getting the shot.
Proactive communicator who can work independently across time zones.
Fluent in English is required.
