Responsibilities

• Managing the firm's *Instagram and Facebook accounts*, including regular posting and account management.
• Developing and maintaining a consistent social media content calendar.
• Creating original and engaging content, including *Instagram Reels, short-form videos, graphics, stories, posts, and other social media content*.
• Filming and editing short-form video content for social media.
• Writing captions and creating content in both *English and Spanish*.
• Developing content specifically designed to reach and engage Spanish-speaking audiences.
• Creating educational and engaging content related to personal injury law, car accidents, workers' compensation, and other areas handled by the firm.
• Identifying social media trends and developing creative ways for the firm to participate in relevant trends.
• Helping develop the firm's social media brand, voice, and overall content strategy.
• Monitoring engagement and identifying which types of content perform best.
