Requirements

• Experience 3–5 years of hands-on social media experience with a portfolio of work showing real examples of video/graphic content you've produced.
• On-Camera / Direction Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to direct clients confidently on-camera. Shoots typically occur during standard weekday business hours, with occasional evening or weekend shoots required to match client operating hours (e.g., restaurant dinner service).
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled with mobile/camera photography and short-form video editing tools (CapCut, Instagram Edits, Canva).
• Creative Mindset: A proactive thinker who brings fresh ideas and new angles to the table, rather than just waiting for direction.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and hit tight deadlines on a part-time schedule.
• Logistics Requirements:
• Located in the Kansas City metro area.
• Reliable personal vehicle / mode of transportation for client visits.
• Working smartphone and computer (bonus if you bring your own camera or extra production gear)
• Flexible Schedule & Availability: Available for real-time team communication via Slack during normal business hours. On-site shoots typically occur during standard weekday business hours, but candidates must have occasional flexibility for late afternoon or evening to accommodate client operating hours (e.g., restaurant dinner services).
