Job Description

Create high-quality photos and short-form videos (Instagram Reels) featuring contractors installing LeonLite lighting on active jobsites
Capture authentic professional content including installation processes, before/after transformations, product-in-action, and contractor-focused moments
Produce polished office-based content (product features, brand storytelling, and studio-style shots)
Edit photos and videos using professional tools, optimized for Instagram engagement
Write compelling, benefit-driven captions and copy that resonate with contractors and pros
Assist with scheduling posts and basic performance tracking
Collaborate with the marketing team on content needs and campaigns
Maintain brand voice and visual consistency
