I’m looking for a highly organized, proactive, and ambitious Part-Time Real Estate & Marketing Assistant to work directly alongside me across my NYC residential real estate, new development, marketing, and day-to-day business operations.

This is not a traditional administrative role. I’m looking for someone who can become a true right hand — helping keep the business organized while getting exposure to property marketing, events, client and broker outreach, and the new development side of real estate.

The ideal person is resourceful, polished, creative, and genuinely interested in building a career in real estate. You do not need to know everything coming into the role — I’m happy to teach the right person the business.

What You'll Help With

• Day-to-day organization, scheduling, CRM management, follow-ups, and general administrative support
• Listing and marketing support, including presentations, email campaigns, social media, and property materials
• Planning and coordinating broker opens, listing launches, client events, and other activations
• Assisting with new development projects, including research, organization, project tracking, and coordination
• Coordinating with clients, brokers, photographers, vendors, designers, and other partners
• Occasional personal-assistant tasks, scheduling, research, reservations, and errands
• Jumping in where needed and helping keep both the business and ongoing projects moving

Who I'm Looking For

• Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, polished, and comfortable interacting with clients and industry professionals
• Marketing and social-media savvy with a good eye for design
• Comfortable with Canva, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and learning new technology
• Interested in real estate, marketing, events, design, and development
• NYC-based and available to work in person as needed

NYC-based and available to work in person as needed. Much of the business is concentrated in Manhattan, Williamsburg and Greenpoint, so living in or near North Brooklyn is a plus.

Real Estate License

A New York real estate license, or currently being in the process of obtaining one, is highly preferred but not required.
